When you arrive at our private office, the proper expert will meet you. He or she will evaluate the goods, properly identifying all metals and gems, weighing each items as this is a key factor in its value, and then carefully analyzing the items.

There are a multitude of factors involved with pricing diamonds including carat size, color, cut, clarity, and market conditions. After assessing your jewelry, he or she will provide you with the best possible offer. Once you accept the offer, you will be paid immediately.

Selling Via Mail

We know that sometimes you are unable to make it into our office. We provide a free mail in service to clients located in the U.S. Please fill out the inquiry form below with the relevant information so we can contact you about sending out a pre-paid UPS shipping label.

Upon receipt of the package, an expert will evaluate your goods. As soon as the evaluation of your jewelry is complete, you will be contacted via telephone, text, or email with the best possible offer. If you are happy with the offer, we will email you a procurement form. Sign and return the form and we will mail you a check for the full offer amount. If you are unhappy with the offer, just let us know and we will immediately ship the goods back to you. It really is that easy.
